Through ahliConnect you can update the following information:

  • Update Civil ID Expiry Date
  • Email
  • Contact Number

Branch Visit

  • You can visit any branch of ahlibank to update your personal information and contact details.
  • Lite KYC customers (those who opened accounts via digital channels) are required to visit nearest branch to update their profile to Full KYC.
