To qualify, applicants must meet these criteria:

• Omani Citizen: Must be married and an Omani national.
• Stable Income: Consistent income for regular repayment.
• No Existing Property: Applicant should not own a home in Oman.
• No Government Housing Support: Neither the applicant nor their spouse should be recipients of government housing assistance.
• Minimum Age: 21 years.
• Salary Requirements as per ahli islamic policy:
  • Government/Semi-Government: Minimum of OMR 325.
  • Private Sector (approved companies): OMR 325
  • Private Sector (non-approved companies): OMR 500

1. ahli Islamic Approval: Start your application through the Iskan portal and choose ahli Islamic.
2. National Identity: Copy of Omani ID.
3. Salary Transfer Letter: In favor of ahli islamic.
4. Liability Declaration: Any existing liabilities.
5. Property Documents: Valuation report, Mulkiya (title deed), and Krooki.
6. Construction Agreement: For new builds (if applicable).
7. Address Proof: A recent bill for address verification.
8. Other Documents: Any additional documents requested by ahli islamic.
